Can I do the program if I’m vegetarian/vegan?

Yes, you can, and I’ve successfully worked with several vegetarians in the past. Reducing digestive symptoms often involves limiting beans and lentils, which are common protein sources in vegetarian diets. This adjustment can be challenging for some individuals who need more calories and protein, so we’ll have to be creative. High-quality proteins like wild-caught fish, grass-fed beef, organic chicken, and organic or pasture-raised eggs are nutrient-dense and support gut healing without triggering digestive upset, which is why I typically recommend them. However, I fully respect your dietary choices, and you can absolutely continue following a vegetarian or vegan diet while improving your digestive health.

I’m on a medication for acid reflux/diarrhea/constipation/anxiety or other medications like thyroid, blood pressure, blood sugar, etc. Can I still do the program?
